How can I join an artist's gallery?
|
You like what you saw on the preview pages?
Then you can join the artist's paysite via the "Instant Access" button that will lead you to our payment processor Verotel. You have different options how long you want to subscribe to an artist's paysite.
You need a creditcard for payment.
Should you have problems getting your card approved or making any other form of payment available, such as online check, we cannot help you ourselves. The transactions are not controlled by us but by our processing company.

I am having problems to join a site I paid for
|
Your membership hasn't expired and you got the confirmation e-mail from Verotel with log in details?
Please keep in mind if you joined the site of a single artist, you won't get access to the whole of range of artists.
You need to sign up for every individual artist if you want to see more.
If you still can't get in, please contact our customer support.

Chargebacks & refunds
|
Generally we don't refund money, only if a customers does a duplicate charge.
Please contact customercare@cultoferotica.com in this case.
"Unhappy with content" is not a refund reason, because we provide previews, so you know what you're buying!
What you see is what you get!
Chargebacks with the reason "Didn't use service or couldn't log in" are also not acceptable, because we keep records of Verotel's user IDs and in case we can prove the usage of our service.
Digital theft is a crime!

How often do you update your galleries?
|
The artists update their galleries on their own, so they follow their artistic schedule.
We encourage our artists to update as often as they can.
Right on top of every artist preview page you can see when the last image was uploaded to their galleries.

I am an artist and want to open a gallery at Cult of Erotica, can I join?
|
Of course you can join us and open your own paysite here.
Artists must be 18 and over.
We offer a 50/50 split.
That means you get 50% of every transaction made to your paysite.
So please apply via online form or via e-mail to register@cultoferotica.com
We don't allow bestiality, Snuff, CP, extreme violence.
You should have a minimum of 20 images for the start of your paysite and some preview images.

We reserve the right to reject an artist's application if we see the artwork doesn't fit our needs.Our decison needs no discussion
